Hips and posture
Session 2: Sat 14th April
Lean and fall
Session 3: Sat 21st April
Correct foot strike, drive and pull
Session 4; Sat 28th April
Stride length and cadence
Session 5: Sat 5th May
Shoulders and arm swing
Session 6: Sat 12th May
Breathing and ‘running relaxed’
Session 7: Sat 19th May
Put it all together at parkrun (non-coached session)
Session 8: Sat 26th May
Consolidation

Starts Saturday 7th April, 7am sharp Sydney International Regatta Centre, Penrith Lakes
