Knapsack Lap Day Race

$70The Knapsack Lap Race is a 3 hour or 6 hour trail race on a 5km circuit at Knapsack Park in Glenbrook, NSW on Saturday, 26 January 2019 to see how far you can run in the allotted time.
TrailKids is also run alongside this event, with a timed 3km race and an untimed 1km fun run.
The course has a mixture of single trail, fire trail, descents, climbs and two lookouts. Singles and team categories available to suit all runners. Get a bunch of mates together and come up and make a day of it. Have a run and then sit back, enjoy the company, have a cold drink and watch others do the running.
